Spin
Take the ride of your life in a cycling class to music and lights that simulates mountain biking! The user controls the intensity of the ride. All fitness levels are welcome to join in on the class. Due to the popularity of the Spinning program, certain classes are reservation only.
Offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Step-Challenge
A wide array of challenging step choreography and a high intensity, high impact session. You haven't taken a step class until you've tried out challenge! All are welcome.
Offered on Wednesday & Friday
Full Body Workout
A high intensity cardiovascular workout using creative combative moves to music. A class designed for all fitness levels. Always different and anything goes!
Offered on Wednesday and Saturday.
Circuit
The open circuit will be available for our members to use at their own convenience between scheduled times. All fitness levels welcome.

Power Yoga
This class will energize and condition the body while developing great strength and flexibility. A series of yoga postures will build both mental focus and balance. Everyone can benefit from this class which is suitable for all fitness levels.
Offered on Monday and Wednesday.
B.A.S.E. Training Class
B.A.S.E. training is a collection of different exercise techniques designed to complement other fitness activities (such as running, swimming, spinning, and weight training). This class is meant to be FUN yet challenging!
